📦 SHIPPING POLICY


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Please note: Free shipping applies to initial orders only. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped
  • Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday

Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard shipping: 6 to 12 business days after dispatch
  • Total order-to-delivery time: approximately 7 to 14 business days
  • Tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped

Carriers

We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on your location to ensure the best possible delivery time.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number
  • A link to track your package in real time

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.


Shipping Zones

We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes (available upon request)
  • US territories not currently serviced
  • Addresses outside our delivery zone

Return Shipping Costs

Important: While shipping is free on all orders, return shipping is not included and remains the responsibility of the customer.

  • Free shipping applies to your initial order only
  • In the event of a return, return shipping costs are at your expense
  • Exception: For returns due to a defective or incorrectly sent item, a prepaid return label will be provided at no cost to you

Holidays and Delays

Please note that delivery times may be affected by:

  • Federal and public holidays
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier delays beyond our control
  • Peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)

We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed:

  • Please wait until the estimated delivery window has passed (6 to 12 business days) before contacting us
  • Check your tracking information for the latest updates
  • Contact the carrier directly for the most up-to-date status

If your package is lost:

  • Contact us at osteacare.contact@gmail.com if your tracking shows no movement for 5 or more days past the expected delivery date
  • We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address:

  • If the order has not yet shipped, we will be able to update the address
  • Once shipped, no address changes will be possible

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of both the damaged packaging and the product
  • Contact us immediately at osteacare.contact@gmail.com
  • We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund
