Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be in its original condition, unused
- The item must be intact, with no signs of damage or excessive wear
- Original packaging is preferred but not required
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items showing signs of:
- Use beyond an initial trial
- Damage caused by misuse
- Missing components or accessories
- Modifications or alterations
How to Submit a Return

Step 2: Our team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with return instructions and a return authorization.
Step 3: Ship the item to the address provided at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Step 4: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees
- We recommend using a tracked service and purchasing shipping insurance
- Exception: For any defective or incorrectly sent item, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
Refund Process
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Amount refunded: Full product price (return shipping costs are not refunded)
- Processing time: 5 to 7 business days after your return is received and inspected
- Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item:
- Return your original order for a refund (return shipping costs apply)
- Place a new order for the desired item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

- We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- A replacement will be shipped immediately upon confirmation

Lost or Stolen Packages
